This report establishes the immutable BAU baseline for nine business areas, sourced directly from the customer's Salesforce ValueAnalytics (CRM Analytics / Tableau) dashboards and confirmed against raw EventLogFile telemetry over a 36-month window. It is the as-is state only. Goal benchmarks and Phase II Actuals are out of scope here — they are measured against this locked baseline in the WebROI value case and the ROI Replay renewal report respectively. The dollar column is the annualized value currently unrealized at BAU, computed by the approved formula against the governed benchmark.

How the baseline is pulled
Option A — CRM Analytics / Tableau dataset (default): ValueLogics reads the already-calculated adoption & performance metrics from the SF ValueAnalytics dashboard datasets via the CRM Analytics API. Tableau has done the aggregation; ValueLogics reads the output. One API call per metric.
Option B — EventLogFile direct: ValueLogics queries the raw EventLogFile objects and performs its own aggregation for full control over what is measured. Used to confirm Option A.

Provenance Notice
BAU measures are sourced from the customer's Salesforce ValueAnalytics (CRM Analytics / Tableau) dashboards and EventLogFile telemetry across a 36-month window, locked at contract signing. In this controlled reference fixture the figures represent a demonstration company (Acme). The unrealized-value column uses the approved formula against governed benchmarks; it is not Phase II Earned Value or independently audited ROI. The total is an additive sum of comparable governed deltas, not a synthetic score.
